Sabina is celebrating Monday (her fav day) with these gorgeous filling sweet berry protein pancakes using one of her favourite products from us. The Berry Latte!
Ingredients:1 cup buckwheat flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp flax
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 baking powder
1 tsp Wellness Lab Berry Latte
1 tbsp strawberry vegan protein powder
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 1/2 cup plant milk
1 tbsp coconut oil for frying
Toppings:
strawberries
red currants
oat yoghurt
peanut butter
Maple syrup
Method:
Put all ingredients in your blender, blend and fry on medium heat in coconut oil for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
