What you need for this super greens & collagen smoothie:
-1 small ripe banana
-1/2 avocado
-A few frozen organic raspberries
-Huge handful of organic spinach
-1 tablespoon of each - almond butter, chia & flax seeds
-1 scoop of Wellness Lab marine collagen
- Almond milk
