Red Berry Smoothie!

 

Try this today! Add a teaspoon of Berry Latte powder in your best smoothie recipe or try this one: 

Dollop of your best youghurt

Dollop of almond milk

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

1/2 tsp of Wellness Lab Berry Latte

Frozen forest fruits

1 banana 

Ice cubes 

Now blend everything until smooth

Serve with pumpkin seeds and coconut flakes in a nice jar or tall glass!
