Christmas might be kinda cancelled but the Christmas desserts aren’t.🍪
I tried to make mine a little healthier this year, you know chocolate but make it healthy. I added my favourite Vanilla Collagen powder from Wellness Lab but you can add any of their collagen powders to these festive protein balls. They taste better than any protein balls I’ve ever made before.
🎄 Recipe is the following:
100g dates
50g raisins
30g Chocolate Protein
50g ground almonds
1 tbsp orange juice
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp all spice
30g vegan white chocolate
10 pumpkin seeds
5 naturally sweetened cranberries
Use your blender or food processor to mix all the ingredients and then top it with white chocolate, cranberries and pumpkin seeds.
