This super easy vanilla milkshake needs only a few ingredients and a good blender!
Ingredients:
1 tsp Wellness Lab Velvet Vanilla
Coconut Milk
1 dollop of yoghurt
Chia seeds and flax seed mix
Desiccated coconut (optional)
Ice cubes
Method:
Mix it all up in a blender and serve in a tall glass, sprinkle a little chia seeds on top.
